Intermediate level – Feb 29-Mar 2, 2007
15 hrs of instruction packed into this fast paced, kick-butt weekend of intensive Argentine Tango for intermediate level dancers! Basic training for this boot camp weekend will include technique for a broad range of elements such as sacadas, barridas, boleos, ganchos. and enganches plus Christy & Darren’s unique method of teaching a truly improvised Argentine Tango. Special segments on musicality and “Tango Chat” also included. Christy and Darren will turn you into “weapons of mass seduction”!
Prerequisite: Level 1 & 1+, Jan 07 or May 07 Boot Camp, or equivalent.
Friday, Feb 29: 7-10pm
Saturday, Mar 1: 11am-2pm & 3-7pm
Sunday, Mar 2: 11am-1pm & 2-4pm
Cost: $175 per person. Must be available for all 15 hours of instruction. Limited enrollment.
